We ship within 3–5 business days (or 5–7 during sales/holidays). Shipping time begins once the carrier receives your order.

 

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It may take 1–2 business days to update after your order ships.

 

Do you offer local pickup?
No, we currently ship only — no pickup available.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands only.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes! We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

How can I get free shipping?
Spend $35+ (after discounts, before tax) to qualify. Free shipping typically arrives in 2–3 business days.

 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
